Do I have the time for this?
The main advantage of our service is that you are increasing revenue without increasing your workload. Most stations who use a service such as ours find that it takes very little time.

How do I know I'll get paid?
We understand this concern completely, and we are confident that our flexible payment policy will put you at ease.

• The station is always first. While we prefer a 60-day payment schedule, we will buy blocks of messages in advance or pay for messages with each order.
  
  
• We'd like to stress that we handle all of the accounting and collections so you never have to concern yourself with collecting on accounts that are late or don't pay. Educational Marketing Group pays you, on time.

What if we have a programming conflict, such as blocked out times or a fund drive of our own?
We will work with your schedule. You tell us what your available times are, and we will schedule the messages accordingly. We usually schedule within one hour blocks (i.e.: 8-9am) so the schedule itself has some flexibility. If we schedule messages during a time you cannot air, or a message was not aired as scheduled, then all that is required is a "make-good" airing on your part at your convenience.

If I don't like a message, do I have to air it?
Absolutely not.

• You may always cancel a message or group of messages for any reason. We only ask that you give us enough lead time to notify the sponsor and allow us to make alternate arrangements or changes in the copy.
  
  
• Our messages are all short (30 seconds or less) and we do not add or allow advertising copy. Our messages are fully FCC compliant in regards to non-profit radio guidelines.
  
  
• We have over 30 different campaigns. However, if a particular campaign is not satisfactory or of interest to you, simply let us know and we will not sell that campaign in your market.
